All Sleepeezee orders will take approximately 2-3 weeks to deliver. You will be notified via phone as to when you’re Sleepeezee mattress will be delivered. In some cases it may well take longer than 2-3 weeks for delivery however you will be notified well in advance of any changes regarding your delivery. Please note the couriers can deliver anytime between 8AM -6PM so someone needs to be in at the property to sign for it. Please view the 'Delivery' page of our website for more detailed information.

Please check your item before signing for it. if the packaging looks damaged please put “damaged” next to your name on the drivers PDA/delivery sheet.
