Airsprung Delivery Information

This Airsprung product will be delivered within 1-2 weeks. You will receive an email once the item has been despatched and you will then receive your order the next working day. If you leave a mobile number during checkout our couriers will send you a text message on the morning of delivery as well. If you would like your item delivered on a set date then please call our Customer Services Team on 0115 9867439 and they will be happy to assist you.

Free Delivery on All Orders

All orders to mainland UK addresses will be delivered to your door free of charge. However, there will be charges for certain areas, please see the post code list below. If you live in one of the below post code areas then there will be a £20 delivery charge.

• PA 20 to PA 40
• PH 17 to 26
• PH 30 to 44
• All IV KW PH
• AB1 to AB56

Please note we do not deliver to N. Ireland, Channel Islands or any other off shore destinations. We only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery can be arranged for an extra £10. The couriers can deliver anytime from 8AM-5PM on Saturday.

Morning Delivery

If you cannot wait in all day for your delivery then we can arrange for a morning delivery for an extra cost of £10. You can select this option during checkout

Tracking your order

If you would like to track your order then please see the 'Delivery Status' section of our website. If you then type in your email address and your order reference number you can then track it.

Missed Delivery/ Re-arrange Delivery

If you were not present at your address when delivery attempt was made then the driver will leave a card through your door. On it will be the contact details for your local depot and the consignment number. Please call this number quoting your consignment number and re-arrange another delivery date to suit you. Please note you must contact the couriers within 4 days of receiving the card otherwise they will send the item back to us.

Further Information

These products will be delivered by a one man delivery company. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address, if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only.

Please understand that the delivery company that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter a private premise(s). Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product, you must arrange the assistance yourself.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please check your item before signing for it. if the packaging looks damaged please put “damaged” next to your name on the drivers PDA/delivery sheet.

If you just sign your name on the PDA/delivery sheet then you have agreed that you have received your item in good condition, therefore any claims raised against the courier for damage will be rejected and World of Interiors Ltd will not be liable.
